The second phase of SyracuseCoE’s research, demonstration, and commercialization “Innovation Ecosystem,” the Technology Application and Demonstration (TAD) awards—funded by the US Environmental Protection Agency—grow Central Upstate New York’s economy by funding the thorough, collaborative testing of environmental quality product and service innovations.
